Welcome to AR Fitness and Nutrition, where we offer a diverse range of group classes designed to cater to your fitness needs. Our classes change daily, ranging from strength and muscle-building workouts to cardio and HIIT-style sessions. Whether you are looking for a good sweat or aiming to get strong and build muscle, we have something for you. In addition to our group classes, we offer personal training, athletic training, and nutrition counseling to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. Whatever your fitness level or goals, our gym is here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Alex Perez

Alex has been an athlete/coach in the Pearland area for the last 12 years. This lead him to the fire service, a job that relies heavily on physical abilities and teamwork. He has been a coach and programmer for different gyms and an integral part of building communities and bringing out the best in people.

Richard Berreth

Richard is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 7 years of various coaching experiences including CrossFit training, sport-specific training, and personal training. Richard also has his BS in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, and works as a part-time EMT for Clear Lake EMS. He has coached numerous types of athletes from teens to elderly and has done so in numerous different disciplines. He is passionate about getting athletes fit and pushing them to achieve their goals.
