Welcome to AR Fitness and Nutrition, where we offer a diverse range of group classes designed to cater to your fitness needs. Our classes change daily, ranging from strength and muscle-building workouts to cardio and HIIT-style sessions. Whether you are looking for a good sweat or aiming to get strong and build muscle, we have something for you. In addition to our group classes, we offer personal training, athletic training, and nutrition counseling to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. Whatever your fitness level or goals, our gym is here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Alex has been an athlete/coach in the Pearland area for the last 12 years. This lead him to the fire service, a job that relies heavily on physical abilities and teamwork. He has been a coach and programmer for different gyms and an integral part of building communities and bringing out the best in people.

Richard Berreth

Richard is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a BS in Kinesiology and 7 years of various coaching experiences including CrossFit training, sport-specific training, and personal training. He has coached numerous types of athletes from teens to elderly and has done so in numerous different disciplines. He is passionate about getting athletes fit and pushing them to achieve their goals.

Dallice is a former CF-L1 CrossFit coach with over 5 years of experience. Her own journey toward getting healthier and stronger is what sparked her passion for fitness. She is dedicated to helping others build strength, gain confidence, and become the best version of themselves—inside and outside the gym.

Diana De Silva

Diana De Silva is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and HYROX Coach and Hyrox Race Director with a proven track record in high-performance training. A former Head Coach, she specializes in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and personal training. As a competitive CrossFit athlete for five consecutive years, she earned the title of Fittest Woman in Germany in her age group and has completed several marathon and hyrox races demonstrating both strength and endurance at an elite level. Diana's mission is simple: build stronger humans—physically and mentally. Through discipline, consistency, and expert coaching, she helps clients unlock their full potential.
